Job Description The Operations Officer will assist to oversee and help grow the operations of all Business Units of Bicol. The Operations Officer will be reporting directly to the Sr. Regional Operations Manager. The position is responsible for planning, directing, implementing and monitoring of sales strategies and programs ensuring that the sales objectives are achieved and/or exceeded. Duties and Responsibilities MARKETING Works with and acts as a support staff to all Business Units to determine and propose marketing campaigns and sales activities. Conduct market research to analyze competitors, evaluate market trends and understand customer needs. BUSINESS Provides an in depth analysis of the operation of the business, determination of problems that hampers its operations and propose alternative solutions. Draft proposals to potential clients by promoting its up to date products and other services. Preparation of Business Reports which are very vital and useful to increase the Sales Operation of the company. Analyze reports being submitted by different Business Unit Head and come up with the best recommendation to the Sr. Regional Operations Manager to increase performance. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support to daily business operations. Play significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Oversee over all financial management, planning, systems and controls. Development of business unit’s program budgets and related. Preparation of Sales, Financial and Over-all Report Coordinates, reports and liaises with business partners (principals) representative Ensure directive and strategies of Principals-Business Partners are implemented and target are met Achievement of over-all target
Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or Sales and Marketing or proven, direct extensive experience
Minimum of 2-3 year experience in professional organization management
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales and operations in FMCG environment, Telco or Sales industry
Proven to have worked effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment and under extreme pressure
Decent and pleasant personality, with professional aura
Candidate must be fluent in English (oral & written)
Must be computer literate
